On a journey through East Africa, reporter Simon Reeve uncovers the story of the British cup of tea. Tea growing was introduced to Kenya in the 1920's by British colonialists who restricted its cultivation to white Europeans. The resentment this caused helped provoke a rebellion by freedom fighters dubbed the "Mau Mau".
